When you place an order on Messer, it is an offer by you to purchase a product or products for the specified price shown on the website at the time of the order and in accordance with these terms.
Messer reserves the right to reject your offer to purchase for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, errors in pricing, insufficient stock, or unreachable delivery address.
We will always accept returns for damaged items, provided we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item. Similarly, incorrectly sent items or defective items will be replaced at our cost.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
